Lawrence is a Director of Coffer Corporate Leisure, the specialist leisure M&A advisor, and a key member of the Coffer Hotels team.
An investment and M&A expert, Lawrence has over 15 years experience in the property industry having undertaken roles in both the public and private sectors, most recently at a niche leisure advisor, where he was a Director involved with the leisure and hospitality sector.
He has spent the last 10 years focusing on investment advisory work, primarily in the hotel sector, where he has been involved in the sale of going concerns & investments, sale-and-leaseback and sale-and-manageback transactions.
Clients have included Whitbread/Premier Inn, Esporta Group, Travelodge, Daniel Thwaites plc/Shire Hotels, LA Fitness, Berkeley Homes, Clapham House Group plc, Hilton Hotel Corporation, Criterion Capital and London & Regional Properties.
Lawrence studied Urban Land Economics at Sheffield Hallam University before qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 1998.
