Dan has dealt with leisure property since 1998 and as Senior Surveyor in the Landlord & Tenant Team, Dan brings over 10 years experience with the benefit of an operational background prior to joining Davis Coffer Lyons in January 2005.
He undertakes a broad range of work including rent reviews, lease renewals, rating appeals and valuations on a variety of licensed and leisure properties. Dan’s particular expertise is on a profits related approach to valuation.
Dan also regularly acts as Expert Witness at Arbitration, Independent Expert referrals, Court Hearings and negligence cases.
Dan has also contributed to commercial and private conferences on the leisure property market and M&C Annual Report.
