Coffer Hotels Advises Owners of Folio Hotels

Acting for three separate owners of nine Folio Hotels located throughout the country, Coffer Hotels advised in advance of and throughout the Administration process on lease restructuring and exit.
In January the nine hotels emerged from Administration, forming a core element of Mulbourn Hotels going forward.
